About me

With close to a decade in the social work field, I gained much of my clinical experience at The Jewish Board, working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, attachment trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and experiences of physical and sexual abuse. During my time there, I also facilitated group therapy for teens working on socialization and relationship-building.

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, TF-CBT, and CBT-E. I have also completed a 20-hour experiential introductory course in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and received specialized training in Enhanced CBT for eating disorders at Oxford, where CBT-E is considered a leading evidence-based treatment.

I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is empathetic and collaborative, allowing us to work at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will explore what’s not working, identify the changes you want to make, and develop a clear plan to help you move forward..
