About me

I began my career at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Westchester, NY, where I gained invaluable experience in treatment, diagnosis, and multidisciplinary collaboration, working with a broad range of moderate to severe psychiatric conditions. In the hospital setting, I provided both group and individual therapy and facilitated relapse prevention services for patients being treated for substance use.

Over my years at Columbus Park, I have developed strong expertise in a range of evidence-based treatments for eating disorders and commonly co-occurring conditions. My work includes Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), CBT for anxiety, Exposure Response Prevention, CBT for ARFID, Family-Based Treatment for ARFID, DBT Solution for Emotional Eating, Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) for severe anorexia, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

In building a deep repertoire of therapy interventions, I have benefited from small group trainings, individual mentorship, and comprehensive training programs, including both Foundational and Advanced DBT training through Behavioral Tech.

I would describe my therapy style as warm and genuine. I prioritize creating a foundation of trust and safety in the therapy relationship; from there, clients are better able to engage in active strategies that support meaningful forward
movement.
